Veritacore’s is a social enterprise that provides IT-based employment to survivors of human trafficking, abuse and those who are at higher risk of exploitation. Operating since 2014, we are a team of 300 of which 80% come from our target employment demographic. We are looking for a suitable candidate to be our Head of People Transformation in our office in Nepal.

Role Description

In Veritacore, the People Transformation team works alongside the operational team and is dedicated to making a positive change in the lives of the individuals we employ.

The transformation process begins from recruitment. We work with our partner NGOs to identify those who are ready for transition to training and employment, where they learn both technical and life skills, followed by ongoing support needed for successful, sustainable employment (workplace counselling, health management, health education, financial literacy, on-going skill development).
