Main Responsibilities:

1Provide legal support to Customer Development, including contracts/agreements draft and review, attending project meetings in sales and distribution, various e-commerce channels, promotions, and participating negotiation;

2Provide day-to-day legal support to corporate governance for all legal entities and branches of Unilever in China;

3Coordinate dispute resolution and risk management, handle challenges from competitors, authority and consumers, etc., to secure the company commercial benefits;

4Designs and implement training programs on legal topics to enhance legal awareness in the Customer Development department, HR team and other functions at the country level;

5Works in alignment with other legal team such as global legal, local BU legal counsels, local patent, compliance and brand protection teams;
