About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a business leader to join our Global Customer Unit as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the South Africa account – based in Johannesburg South Africa.
In this role, you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account profit and loss, cash-flow, and working capital. KAM will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful and Ericsson profitable. This role success depends upon developing a deep understanding of both Customer’s and Ericsson’s business, operations, and objectives.
