Osborne is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a renowned practice based in Arklow. This role is a permanent position with excellent potential for longevity. You will join a team within the finance function supporting the team of accountants. The offices are based in a scenic area of Arklow, with the potential for hybrid working.

Salary: 29-32K per year

Location: Arklow, Co. Wicklow

Hours: 9am to 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Annual Leave: 21 Days

Your role will cover responsibilities such as:
• Match POD’s to invoices.
• Purchase invoice processing
• Reconcile creditors statements monthly.
• Accounts filing and archiving.
• Bank reconciliations
• Tax returns
• Paying vendors
• Liaising with clients
• Assist with Creditor/Debtor queries.
• Keep PO list up to date.
• Keep Project list up to date.
• Set up new Suppliers/Customers as required.
• Assist with Credit Control
