Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality. The Chef De Partie will also be responsible for managing and training junior members of the team, managing stock levels, and assisting with menu planning. This role is located in Westport with flexibility for some remote work.
