Aisling House Nursing Home is a family run, private nursing home situated 3km from Arklow Town Centre and located in the picturesque South Wicklow countryside which boasts stunning views of the Wicklow Mountains and the Irish Sea.

We are now looking for a Laundry Assistant / Housekeeper for an immediate start.

Role Description

Residents require a safe and clean environment for daily living with a high level of hygiene and cleanliness maintained. It is the duty of the Laundry Assistant / Housekeeper to ensure that this is carried out and documented on a daily basis.

The Laundry Assistant / Housekeeper will assist in the provision of a quality service and work in line with national and locally devised policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
• Ensures that the laundry moves from dirty to clean areas
• Organise the sending, receiving and distribution of items that are laundered off site in a professional and timely manner.
