One of our unique resorts is looking to employ a Head Ranger to assist Management with Supervising the team of Rangers, e.g managing the guides and guest activities, guided excursions to guests. You would also be responsible for routine and preventative maintenance and managing the maintenance around the lodge, and guiding equipment

This is a live in position

Must have

· 2 years’ exp as field guide / game ranger

· 1 + years’ exp in maintenance

· 6-12 mnts exp in supervision / management

Education / Certificates

· Grade 12

· FGASA Level 1 (minimum)

· DEAT Registration

· Certificate / qualification in maintenance would be of an advantage

· Valid First Aid Certificate

· Valid driver's license with valid public drivers' license

KPA’s:

· Offer guests a complete experience and a perfect stay by ensuring guest are experiencing the highest standard in all excursions undertaken at the Lodge

· Ensure guests are safe at all-times and secure and that the ranger are in control
