A well established law firm in Johannesburg North specialising in Banking Law, Property Law and Conveyancing. Specific departments specialise in transfers of properties, bond registrations, bond cancellations and cession of bonds. In addition, they offer specialised legal services in respect of the National Credit Act, Financial Intelligence Centre Act, Protection of Personal Information Act, Companies Act and the Consumer Protection Act is currently looking for a Litigation Attorney.

Responsibilities (But not limited to)
• Attending to Litigation (Defended, Undefended)
• Drafting Certificates of Balance
• Drafting Letters of demand, Section 129 letters, Section 72 letters and Legal cost letters
• Drafting Summons
• Drafting Rule 46 Applications
• Drafting and vetting various pleadings and notices
• Drafting settlement agreements
• Drafting acknowledgements of debt
• Preparing court bundles and setting matters

Minimum Requirements
• LLB
