About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Sales Manager for the Direct route to market.

As Direct Sales Manager in Delacre, you lead the national sales department for the markets Belgium and Luxembourg. You may also work on the extension of the market to other regions close to Belgium – working on prospection and a business case.

You manage a team of three key account managers, a field sales manager and a Sales & CRM assistant. Your team is located in Belgium (Brussels). The field sales team is composed of 6 sales representatives. You coach your team and you are their sounding board. You facilitate your team members to thrive in their role and to put their strengths forward. You are a true motivator and you inspire them to reach great results.
