Credit Controller – Belfast -£28,000

Black Fox Solutions are pleased to work with an expanding company to recruit an experienced Credit Controller.
• Collecting Aged Debt from customers.
• Answering calls from customers & resolving queries
• Calling customers for payment on a weekly/ monthly basis
• Communicating to customers & colleagues via email
• Putting accounts on hold if needed due to late payments being received.
• Monitoring & processing any shortages (raising Credit Notes)

You will need to have at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Experience working on your own initiative and as part of a team is essential.
