The perfect candidate will be a Wordpress coding wizard with experience in both front-end and back-end development. They should be experts in creating job posting features, connecting with social media, building notification systems, and handling location-based services. Beyond technical skills, we need someone who's proactive at solving problems, creating new features, and guiding our team as we expand.
