Job Description
• Handles and responds to employee’s offenses against company policy by initiating submission of incident reports, issuance of “Notice-to-Explain” memorandum, issuance of Administrative Memorandum based on Company Policy Manual, mediating and facilitating in Administrative Hearings in coordination with the HR Manager as part of “Due Process” for proper implementation of Disciplinary Actions
• Resolves labor disputes by complying all DOLE requirements in coordination with the HR Manager, representing the company to DOLE hearings and litigations for immediate settlement of the labor disputes/cases

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge in Labor Laws
• At least two (2) years of working experience handling similar function
• Can start as soon as possible and willing to be assigned in Tagaytay City More Detail
