JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct site tours for unscheduled clients in the absence of the in-house seller or broker.
• Handle and distribute all the inquiries from the web, email, marketing, and hotline for distribution to the Sales group.
• Prepare, handle, and monitor the requisition of office supplies, pantry items, cleaning materials, and all other site requirements.
• Coordinate and assist the property owners with entry to the complex, specifically for orphaned accounts.
• Prepare and ensure that all sales collaterals including availability charts, pricelist, and closing documents are correct, available, and complete.
• Elevate critical issues to the Sales Operations Manager/AM for immediate resolution of conflict.
• Assist, quality, and probe all inquiring brokers and clients on-site before endorsement by the sales group.
• Process, check, and monitor all bill payments charged to Site Sales Operations
