Located in the heart of Brussels. Description de la fonction PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the team to organise workshops and events,
• Prepare meetings and events material,
• Take care of communication actions, updating websites, registrations, newsletters, etc.
• Support team members to fulfil the association's role in the EU-funded projects (timesheets, drafting and submitting reports, etc.).
• Archiving documents, updating CRM, and other administration tasks.
• Support the team in other ad-hoc assignments related to the day-to-day activities of the association.
Profil SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in communication, administration, project management or related studies.
• Experience in a similar position.
