I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Facilitates learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, on-the-job coaching
• Implements and delivers training programs for varying levels of the Hotel Operations’ team members.
• Consults with the managers and supervisors of Hotel Operations to assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs. Continually evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed.
• Monitors and manages the departmental training hours database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Informs employees about training options.
• Keeps current on training design and methodology.
• Conducts service skills, knowledge and grooming audits to ensure team members’ compliance to the SOPs set by the department, and Okada Manila and Forbes Travel guide standards.
