I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the gaming loyalty program.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to optimize program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program integration.
• Collaborate with management and the head of Loyalty Marketing to develop long-term loyalty program strategies.
• Identify areas for improvement and innovation within existing programs.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Effectively communicate loyalty program updates and initiatives to internal and external
• stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with key partners to maximize program impact.
• Contribute to the creation of a non-gaming loyalty program.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in loyalty programs outside the gaming sector.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement a compelling non-gaming loyalty experience.
