Job Description

Our client is a services company specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Making well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for the platform's community. Reviewing content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality. Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in workflows and suggesting solutions or recommendations. Recognizing trends and patterns, and escalating issues that may affect the delivery of work on time.

Qualifications
Thai Nationality Only. Bachelor’s Degree in any field. New Graduated are welcome. Good command of Khmer or Burmese. Able to work in shifts.
