Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Development
• Leading the mechanical development of new products and contributing to ongoing product updates.
• Collaborating with the R&D team to integrate innovative solutions into designs.

Communication and Coordination
• Acting as a bridge between the internal team and local partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
• Regularly visiting manufacturing facilities in Asia to oversee production and address any technical challenges.

Component Specification and Design
• Specifying, designing, and documenting mechanical components to meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements.
