Purpose

Assists in providing corporate legal services. The Associate Lawyer will assist in managing and resolving cases by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, and setting claims.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assists superior in the preparation and drafting of various legal arguments and other relevant legal material and reports
• Involves in the preparation of various contracts and agreements
• Maintains, updates, and keeps track of the important legal documents
• Generates various reports that need to be presented
• Conducts a thorough research and assists in gathering all the data and information relevant to the case
• Informs superior about developments in each case
• Involves in preparing for the trials and hearings
• Makes court appearances when necessary
• Ensures that data obtained during interactions with clients remain confidential
