PROJECT MANAGER

to be based in Pafos

Scope and general purpose of the job

Under the general guidance of the General Management to assume the position of the Project Manager for the mega mixed-use projects of the Leptos Group in Cyprus or Greece

Duties and Responsibilities

· Oversee and coordinate the various consultants for the preparation of the necessary studies and drawings for the Project

· Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and budgeting procedure

· Review the work progress

· Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
