• Filing – Candidate must understand the importance of confidentiality.
• Checking daily clocks – all employees clock in/out daily and these entries must be checked for absenteeism, missed/duplicate clocks, etc.
• Ensure that all employee files are up to date and neat as we have several audits throughout the year.
• Update the Supplier BEE listing and follow up on outstanding certificates.
• Assist in running the payroll if management is not available (Sage VIP Premier).
• Update disciplinary records on VIP.
• Assist in general office duties as and where required (not limited to the HR department). More Detail
