Job Summary:

The Head of Solutions & Trainers Management is responsible for overseeing the proposal management process, managing the trainers community, and ensuring effective financial management with trainers. This role requires a creative and non-traditional approach, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales within the training industry.

Proposal Management:
