JOB DETAILS:
Wananchi Group is one of East Africa’s leading broadband Internet services provider. We are looking for a Regional Manager based in Arusha for our entities both B2B & B2C (SimbaNET & Zuku)

Responsibilities
• Implementing the organization’s strategy for B2B 8 B2C sales, developing forecasts and Organization strategies to achieve sales and ensure profitability, abreast of markets industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
• Leading the team in business development and in meetings with key business stakeholders that is able to be motivated and ensure a highly effective team of Sales and Customer Service work-force.
• Overall in charge of Operations at Arusha including B2B B2C (Support, New Sales,
Up-selling, Commercials, Client Relationship, Customer service, Technical).
• Will report to the Country Manager & MD B2B, B2C and CE Director

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree / Masters in Business Administration / Corporate Management / Communication or other related field.
