Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a salesperson at Terijopi Company Limited located in Mbeya, with flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and acquiring new clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients. Other tasks related to sales and customer service may also be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales-related tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
