Role and Responsibilities:Coordination with all RM suppliers, transporter and all sourcing location for allotment & loading, Comply all theDPL safety rules. Non-execution of vehicle allotment, loading inform sourcing, Purchase Dept. Generation of PO, STO, DO in SAP System. Planning and arrange RM as per plant requirement (HCL/CSL/Hypo/SA/N2/Limestone) and ensure for timely report at plant. Good Knowledge of SAP system. Follow ups for better control with Internal & External customers to hassle free logistics operation. Ensure all the raw material Benzene, propylene, other chemical as per plan schedule. Control In-transit damages, tracked requirement of material and maintained transporters’ default data sheet. Sound Knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Logistics operation at Plant level. Tracking the consignments of all Raw Material informing delay/early reaching of consignment at our Plant.Execute the RM planning by assessing production capacity.
