Job Description:

1. Handle end to end Recruitment and Onboarding the candidates

2. Regularize the attendance for monthly processing salary.

3. Develop and implement the policies and procedures.

4. Identify the needs for training & development.

5. Monitor with continuous performance management. Evaluate and recognize through performance assessments.

6. Boost the morale of the employees to increase the efficiency and effectiveness towards workplace. Arrange employee engagement activities.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
