Currently Little Switzerland is on the hunt for a talented F&B Manager to step in and step up. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible to supervise and control all F&B operations and ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the department to the standards laid down by the Company, maximising revenues, and profits to agreed budgetary limits

1. Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement strategic plans for the F&B department in alignment with overall business objectives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance the guest dining experience.

2. Menu Planning and Development :

Collaborate with chefs to create diverse and appealing menus that meet guest expectations and dietary preferences.

Monitor and analyse the performance of existing menus, adjusting as necessary. The Costing of menus and retail shop need to be done regularly to ensure you are in line with the required COS.
