Responsibilities:

· Responsible for collaborating with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales functions, ensure customer satisfactory as well as to meet service/sales targets and quality operation metrics.

· Correctly enters service/sales quotes and orders and handles them through completion. Proactively solve customer order issues for Production, Scheduling, Shipping and Invoicing, to ensure smooth transition aiming regional goals. During the process, develops and maintains customer relationships.

· Prepares accurate documentation to meet customer, country, and/or financial requirements. May figure out validity of warranty claims with customers and have the ability to schedule repair resources if needed，recognize and initiate add-on business opportunities.
