Specific mission of the Expert

The project officer (PO) will be engaged on the project to provide support to the Project Coordinator (PC), the Key Experts (KE) and to the project management team. He/She will be particularly in charge of:
• Ensuring the coordination between the different activities conducted within the project in order to facilitate consistency and synergies, by facilitating the collaboration between the different beneficiaries and experts;
• Ensuring a close monitoring of other international organisations’ work in Sudan to avoid overlapping of EF’s activities and coordinate efforts. To this end, the Deputy will map out all relevant initiatives (including the World Bank Group, the IMF, UN Agencies and relevant donors, IO, CSOs and others) to the project’s line of work and facilitate their synergies;
