Managing payroll cycle attendance of employees and personnelaffairs.

Organize and maintain personnelrecords

Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternityleave)

Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and new hireguides

Liaise with external partners like insurance vendors and ensurelegalcompliance

Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g.turnoverrates)

Assist payroll department by providing relevant employeeinformation (e.g. leaves of absence sick days and workschedules)

Arrange travel accommodations and process expenseforms

Requirements

BS in Human Resources or relevantfield

Experience in Personnel&payroll function for 5 to 10Years

Experience with ERPsoftwares

Thorough knowledge of laborlaws

Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritizeimportantprojects

Strong phone email and inperson communicationskills
