Responsibilities
• Coordinating with the production planning department to ensure production aligns with the production plan.
• Preparing for production by organizing raw materials, and workforce, and inspecting the readiness of machinery at each production stage.
• Supervising the operations of the clean room department to achieve both quantitative and qualitative goals. Controlling production costs reduces waste in the manufacturing process, and prevents defects in each production stage.
