We’re seeking the support of an full time Administrator (38 hours a week) to join our team working in our Kelvin Street clinic. This is Monday - Friday standard business hours role.Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityOur administrators receive the referrals from midwives and other lead maternity carers, contact whānau to congratulate them on their new arrival and arrange their initial visits with our registered nurses. You will also manage our 0800 number, answering queries from the public about our services and rescheduling appointments.In addition to the phone based mahi, this position also involves an element of data entry and database management to ensure both our clients and staff know where they are going, who they are meeting and what to expect.
