**Job Description**
• *Scope of work**: The position requires a personal commitment to advancing women’s issues and working on behalf of women and girls in the community. The WPE Response Officer will oversee individual through case management process and Psychosocial Support activities for women and girls in Kachin IDP camps. The WPE Response Officer also work closely with partner Caseworker/s and community focal points to provide a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for women and girls, while providing referral service where needed.**Position objectives**:

\- To jointly plan and oversee basic case management and psychosocial activities for survivors of GBV in emergencies together with Partner Caseworker/s.
\- To support the development of a referral process for GBV survivors, including identification of and advocacy for addressing risks and gaps that exist.
