NRC is looking for an Education Project Manager to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Education project portfolio in the South-East. If you are an influential people leader; with diplomatic negotiation skills; and a track record in directing education projects, leading people, and managing budgets, then this is the role for you! **This position is open to Myanmarese / Burmese Nationals only**

What You Will Do
• Programme Implementation (project implementation, budget management, complimentary programming with other thematic areas, ensuring monitoring and evaluation, continuous improvement and lessons learnt, ensuring quality programming, and compliance with reporting).
• Team Management (management of the South-East Education Team, provision of technical advice, and capacity building).
