Under the direct supervision of the Front Office Supervisor, the Front Office Agent is responsible for guest registration, guest check out, cashiering, and foreign exchange. He/She is responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries/requests.
• Responding to customer requests
• Assists guests in completing registration form, reviewing entries to ensure important details are included. Responsible for following up on incomplete details.
• Directs guests to appropriate lifts and coordinates with Concierge staff to bring guests to the room
• Coordinates with the employee assigned as group coordinator on matters relating to group arrivals and handling
• Acknowledges and welcome guests as soon as guest approaches the desk
• Checks for and coordinates requirements
• Perform any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time
