• Plan, implement, administration and maintain IT network environment.• Configure and troubleshooting of network devices (switches, routers, wireless controller & access points, WAN optimizer, firewall, etc).• Manage telecommunications related services with external service/telco providers.• Manage system & network related projects.• Provision, administer and manage virtualization environment, Windows Servers, services, storage and backup.• Installation and configuration of hardware, services and equipment in accordance to UMCTH standard.• Perform upgrading and maintenance on system to keep up with firmware & drivers updates.• Proactively monitor systems to ensure established SLA is met and anticipate growth and plan system upgrade opportunities.• Ensure documentation is up to date with current standards and setup.• Resolve incident/task tickets.• Work with IT security team on Cybersecurity related projects.• Administration in customer network, system deployment and support.• Work...
