Job Responsibilities

Our client is a leading manufacturer of automotive parts. They are looking for HRD Specialist who will help them develop their valued employees to reach to each person full potential to join their team.
• Assess and identify training and development needs and initiate training solutions to develop employees
• Conduct research, design, and implement effective learning methods to enhance employee performance
• Creatively initiate effective training materials using a wide range of medias
• Manage and control training budget effectively
• Train and coach managers and supervisors regarding to employee development programs
• Work closely with training vendors
• Conduct training evaluations and measure training effectiveness

Experience requirements
• At least 5 years experience in training and development function from manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Mature and has experience in dealing with Management Team or C-Level
