As a post-death claims handler, you'll be responsible for coordinating and effectively managing all the steps required to process claims arising after the death of policyholders.

Description
• You communicate with various stakeholders, including notaries, family members, probate officials and municipal authorities, to facilitate the claims settlement process.
• You will compile and verify the completeness of files, collecting all the documents required to process claims after death.
• Coordinate contacts and interactions between stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient communication throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the claims handling process, ensuring that all procedures are followed appropriately.
• Resolve any disputes or problems that may arise during claims settlement, taking a proactive and collaborative approach to finding solutions.
