As a member of Europ Assistance Northern Europe's legal team, you will be its representative in Belgium and associated markets with the mission of supporting the operational teams on a daily basis on various legal subjects: insurance contracts, relations with regulatory authorities, corporate law, etc. This position is permanent, full-time and will be filled in Brussels as soon as possible!Your tasks:Drafting and reviewing contracts in connection with our insurance products (e.g. accident, travel and international health insurance, car cover) and services (e.g. car mobility guarantee and telehealth) and support our specialist department in negotiating these contractsAdvising various internal stakeholders independently on legal issues that arise and develop solutions to legal problemsManaging regulatory and legal risks and advise internal stakeholders on business models and cooperationsReviewing the insurance terms and conditions developed by specialist departments for legal...
