Position Summary

This position is responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, in accordance with established department policies and procedures, while providing a fun, fresh, friendly and exciting environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
• Greets guests with a smile and friendly welcome
• Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as cigarettes and cigars to guests with fast, fun, friendly and focused service
• Responsible for having extensive knowledge of all applicable menus and products
• Performs steps of service in a hospitable and professional manner according to standards set by FOH team
