The Fatted Calf is a Farm-to-table concept that sources most of its ingredients from small family farms and artisans across the country. We are an ingredient-based restaurant that focuses and highlights the produce rather than the cuisine.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sous Chef located in Tagaytay. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with kitchen preparation, managing inventory, and leading the kitchen staff in the Head Chef's absence. The Junior Sous Chef will also need to have a strong understanding of food handling and sanitation procedures and work with the Executive Chef to create new menu items and specials.

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced environment. Fine dining experience is an advantage.
• Experience in managing kitchen staff and leading by example.
