Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role at Amaia Sales Recruitment located in Parañaque/Pasig/Laguna, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. You will also manage the sales team, providing support, guidance, and mentoring to help team members succeed. In addition to managing the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to expand the company's customer base.

Qualifications
• Licensed Real Estate Broker
• with 3 years managerial experience in real estate
• with ready pool of manpower (3 Sales Managers with 3-5 Property Specialists each) More Detail
