As Inside Sales Specialist you will have the following responsibilities: You handle customer inquiries in a sales-oriented manner.You ensure clients receive relevant information with a particularly focus on air freight activities.You endeavour to schedule appointments with potential clients for the Sales Representative; you promptly provide pricing details regarding air freight to (potential) clients or international branches.You gather necessary information from clients to prepare offers.You calculate prices based on current freight rates and input from your operational colleagues.You actively monitor and follow up on sent offers.You facilitate smooth communication with relevant departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
