Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

We are looking for a caring, kind and someone with a thoughtful nature to join our team of support workers in Acle, Norfolk to support a gentleman who lives in a single person service in his own bungalow. Shifts will be 2100-0800. You will be supporting with bed time routine, regular checks throughout the night, support with housework and completing relevant paperwork. There will also be a sleep in person on shift for when support may be needed with moving and handling.

The gentlemen you will be supporting has a kind and caring nature and complex health needs this includes Peg feeding.
