We currently have an opportunity for a Product Lead to join our team at SNAP in Norwich working Monday to Friday 35hrs per week

The role plays a key part in managing change for both internal and external customers by ensuring that business processes are impact assessed prior to product changes being implemented. Business processes will be adjusted in line with Lean practices to ensure the removal of non-value add activity and the measurement of change on business process to ensure the expected benefits are realised. Training both internal and external customers in new processes and product features both on site and through virtual sessions is a critical part of this role and ensures changes are well understood and embedded throughout the end to end process
