Job Description

The role is a great opportunity to get experience of a broad number of financial control disciplines and suits individuals who are eager to learn and/or advance with their accounting studies.

This role includes but is not limited to:
• Assist in the control & process documentation.
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
• Ensure that processes which result in a financial statement impact are in line with the relevant local accounting policies for statutory reporting, and UK GAAP for Group reporting.
• Ensure the control environment is sufficient in design and operation to manage identified risks within agreed appetite levels, with plans and associated accountabilities and milestones developed to address unacceptable exposures.
