Department Overview:

This is a hands-on management position that will be responsible for all aspects of production-surface treatment domain from beginning to the end of production-surface treatment process, managing KPI and monthly reports. You are required to manage your team of 80+/- from operational to supervisory levels, setting clear work instructions, coaching, leading, monitoring, and managing your team. Taking corrective actions for your staff as required and working closely with quality production planning, maintenance team will be part of your responsibility to ensure that production outputs (yield/quality/delivery) is according to the customer’s requirements. You will be required to ensure that employee skills are up to date and work with technical department to introduce new production process while maintain a positive, fair, and good staff performance. Developing/updating SOP to improve department quality and ensure work efficiency.
