Job Description:
• Collaborating with sales representatives to develop specifications for new products that align with customer needs
• Leading R&D team to enhance performance market trend, future product and innovative technology.
• Manage the readiness of standard information related to the new product (such as BOM, WI, Artwork, Package Study, Operation standard time ie. ) to ensure the readiness of the information before going to actual production.
• Develop processes, scale-up and optimization of manufacturing process, execution of pre-exhibit and exhibit batches, scale up and technology transfer from R&D to production and to QC department to meet timelines
• Plan and contribute to project-related scientific/technical activities (e.g., interpret results, critical assessment of data, draw relevant conclusions, and write reports)
• Design and check labelling according to regulation and customer requirement
