Job Purpose:

Our client, a leading player in the chemical manufacturing industry, is looking for a seasoned Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate various aspects of the production process. The role involves assigning resources, coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and reporting key performance indicators.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate resource allocation for production workers based on scheduling.
• Supervise the maintenance department, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure spare parts availability.
• Coach and supervise production workers to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Report monthly production key performance indicators.
• Conduct physical counts for work in progress, raw materials, and loose products.
• Act as a liaison between production workers and HR/Admin for relevant matters.
