REPORTING LINE & POSITION SCOPE

The Senior Legal Counsel will directly report to the Head of Legal & Compliance.
This role entails providing legal guidance and support for the Company's operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Offer legal counsel and solutions for the Company's activities.
• Supervise legal aspects of company affairs, furnishing timely and accurate advice to management on various legal matters.
• Draft and finalize agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's legal rights.
• Review documents such as contracts, agreements, internal regulations, memoranda, or correspondence for legal accuracy and propose revisions as necessary.
• Engage in negotiations and communications with external parties, including regulatory bodies, external counsel, and public authorities, fostering trusting relationships.
